I work with clients across all stages of life—from teens and young adults navigating school, identity, or transitions, to adults and older adults seeking balance, clarity, or emotional well-being. Many seem to have it all together on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected inside. Whether you’re a teen feeling pressure, a young adult figuring out what’s next, a parent supporting your child, or an adult facing career, relationship, or life changes, I provide therapy tailored to your needs to build resilience, balance, and confidence.
I offer specialties rooted in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, which help to regulate emotions, improve relationships, and build skills to better manage life's challenges. I am certified in movement-based mental health when talking isn't enough. I focus on slowing down, grounding, meditation, as well as building confidence, self-worth, and self-direction.
